How do I request the password to access the website and a copy of the current brochure?
- Fill out the basic request form in the "Contact us page" with your details and submit to us, once we have established you are a bonifide trader We will contact you either by email or telephone, then send you a copy in the post
What are your opening hours?
-This website can take orders 24 hours a day.
-Office hours are 10am to 5pm Monday to Friday, an answering service is available at all other times, please leave your details including name and contact number and we will call you back as soon as possible..
I do not yet have a shop, may I create an account?
-Yes, please enter "TBA" or an expected shop name. You may edit the details in future.
How do you validate my trade status?
-On account creation we request your company name, phone number and e-mail. Using these details we verify your status as a retailer.
I would like to sell your products on-line, is this a problem?
-We are happy to supply on-line traders. Please enter "on-line seller" as the company name if you do not have an established name.
Do you have a minimum order quantity?
Yes, £150. we do sell in packs depending on the item. The pack size will be in the description.
How does the order/payment/delivery process work?
-On order placement you will receive an automatic email acknowledgement of "Pending" status.
-We then pick and pack your order and for international customers find our best shipping quote and adjust the invoice.
-If credit/debit card is selected, you can enter your details online through our secure payment processing page with Pay Pal.- You will be notified that your payment as been proccessed and We will then ship your goods and update the status to "Delivered" once dispatched.
***We will accept a cheque but the goods will not be despatched until the cheque as cleared in our bank. . We accept credit and debit cards over the telephone. On request we can give out our banking details for bank transfer or direct cash payment into our Barclays Bank account.***
What is the price I see next to each item?
-The price indicated is per pack or for a piece if stated

What is a pack?
-A pack is the minimum quantity that we sell of a particular style. We endeavour to keep these as small as possible. Garments and sleepsuits are usually in packs of 6 assorted sizes and colours , and basics like socks Mitts and bibs are usually in packs of 12 assorted colours.
Can I order just one size or colour of a style?
-No, the minimum qty we would sell would be 2 of a size and colour this is because we buy in cartons and therefore need to sell in packs. However, please contact us if you have a particular request.
What brands do you carry?
-Along with our brand of DANDELION We stock many brands from different manufacturers. Brands include: Caroline-Jane, Aurora toys, soft touch baby shoes, Pitter Patter, Zip zap baby wear. Dandelion are one of the largest distributors of Keel soft toys.
Do you have a brochure?
-Yes. We produce a full colour brochure twice a year. A spring/Summer and Autumn/Winter which we automaticaly mail out to all customers on our database. To request a copy please contact us.
An item I am interested in has sold out and no longer on the website, what can you do for me?
-We endeavour to keep stock levels accurate on the website. . Please contact us and we will be able to advise.
Is there anyone at the end of the phone to help me?
-We are a family run business so everyone you speak to will be able to answer your queries. We are contactable on the phone between 10am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday.
When will my order be delivered?
-We aim to despatch orders to UK mainland once payment has been cleared within 24-48 hours. Ussually once an order has been collected from our warehouse it is delivered the next working day.
Can the delivery driver leave my parcel in my porch?
-No, all parcels must be signed for. You may provide us with further details to instruct the delivery driver which we will pass on.
How do I track my parcel?
-You may request a consignment ID. This will only be generated once the parcel has left our premises. We will also provide you with the website details of the appropriate courier company.
How can I pay?
-We accept credit/debit cards online aswell over the phone. shipping rates. We use Pay Pals on-line e-payment service and do not hold any card details ourself..
Do you carry other stock?
-Phone us and ask!
-Please note that our normal working hours are between 10am and 5pm Monday to Friday. An answer phone service is available at all other times.
What is the RRP of your goods?
-We sell internationally and cannot provide a single RRP for a style however please call us and we will be able to provide you with further details on a particular garment.
How do you determine your prices?
-We are a small family business, trading independently so are not dictated to by our manufacturers. By keeping our overheads to a minimum, we endeavour to pass on value for money to our customers.
Can you guarantee me exclusivity in my area?
-No. Our styles are from independent brands and consequently we do not offer exclusivity to an area/town (as this is anti-competitive in the eyes of the law)
May I visit you?
-You are welcome to visit our show room , however we are not a cash & carry please telephone 01455-844469 to arrange an appointment. We do not hold stock here, as our stock is picked packed and despatched from our warehouse in Leicester.
