Delivery
When To Expect Delivery
As most of our products are held in stock, we aim to deliver your products within 1-3 working days. Our couriers will deliver your goods to the delivery address you supplied when placing your order. If there is no-one at the address at the time of delivery to sign for the goods a calling card will be left to notify you that an attempt to deliver your goods was made. Our courier company will usually attempt re-delivery the following day, but after this you will required to collect the goods from the local depot, which details of this will be on the card left by the driver. Smaller items will be delivered by Royal Mail.
Post & Packaging Costs
Our delivery charges are included on your basket total once you have selected a delivery address; we apply a different charge depending on where you wish the goods to be delivered.
• Goods delivered to Mainland UK addresses will incur a delivery charge of £8.00 plus VAT.
• Goods delivered to Scottish Highlands, the channel Islands, the Isle of Man or Ireland, will be charged at £20.00
• Goods delivered to the rest of the world (price on request)
Returns Policy
We at Dandelion feel sure you will be completely happy with your purchases. However if for any reason you wish to return any goods please do so within three days in original condition and we will be happy to exchange or refund the items at the original price. This does not affect your statutory rights. We regret that postage and packing costs cannot be refunded unless the goods are defective or a mistake has been made by us when dispatching your order.
